RFP: Printing and Mailing Services
Buncombe County is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for Tax Assessment printing, insertion, mailing and E statement Services. Tax Assessment generates and sends approximately 70-80,000 mailings annually except in a reappraisal year where that number increases to over 200,000. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
