The session will be led by Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) Solutions Program Resource Specialist Jim Starbard. RCAP Solutions is a regional affiliate of RCAP, a non‐profit organization that provides technical assistance to rural water and wastewater communities.
Mr. Starbard has worked with RCAP Solutions since 2009. His background in environmental health, septic systems, well inspections, and water quality testing will help guide the discussion and provide attendees with practical information.
