Renew your request to vote by mail

Due to changes in Florida law, vote-by-mail ballot requests expire after every General Election (every 2 years). Therefore, voters who vote by mail must submit a new request. There are several ways to renew your request:
- Request a vote-by-mail ballot online
- Call 305-499-8444
- Renew in person at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections Headquarters at 2700 NW 87th Avenue in Doral
- Print the Statewide Vote-By-Mail Ballot Request Form and mail it back to the address below
