Miami-Dade County promotes the use of rain barrels for irrigation by offering workshops and rebates to homeowners who purchase rain barrels.   • Reduce your yard's water use by requesting a free landscape irrigation evaluation. Eligible applicants can receive rebates up to $500 for single-family homes and $2,850 for large properties including condominium associations as part of the Landscape Irrigation Rebate Program.
