2024 Food & Agricultural Code section 14009(e) Report
AB 2113, signed into law in July 2024, requires the Department to post on its website the total cases of appeals to the Restricted Material Permit that were not reviewed by DPR within the timeline requirements in statute, the average number of days required for review of appeals, and the number of permits that were affirmed, modified, or cancelled.
The Department did not receive any appeals of commissioner action pursuant to FAC section 14009 from July 2024 to January 1, 2025.
