Office of Naval Research Program Review
The purpose of this event is to review Office of Naval Research (ONR) Multi-University Research Initiatives (MURIs) and Basic and Applied Research (BAR) projects. The 2025 ONR MURI and BAR Review hosted by the Physical Measurement Laboratory at NIST on Oct 9–10, 2025 will present leading nanoelectronics research in the area of synthetic carbon-based electronics. The event will cover all aspects of research from material synthesis to coherent control of spins. This research is being supported by two multi-university research initiatives, which have been augmented by additional basic and applied research grants.”
