ChupaMobile Announces Winners in Worldwide Mobile Programming Contest
RadioStream wins grand prize at ChupaMobile Programming Contest

The $6,500 Grand Prize winner for Best Overall Application went to RadioStream by Planet 1107. RadioStream is a native application for iPad and iPhone that makes it easy to set up streaming and listen to Internet radio stations with XML configuration.
"We are pleased that the ChupaMobile programming contest was such a success attracting Mobile App Developers from around the world. With so much talent participating, identifying the winner was not easy. We ultimately awarded RadioStream the grand prize for combining amazing functionality with exceptional code style," says Marco Testoni, CTO of ChupaMobile.

"The ChupaMobile Competition was a great challenge. This was a chance to build some cool and useful component for others to enjoy, and a great way to showcase my skills in iOS development. My native "RadioStream" application for both iPhone and iPad allows users to stream and listen to Internet radio and also show learn a few nice tricks how to stream and play music," says Goran of Planet 1107, the first prize winning company.
"The ChupaMobile competition created a great opportunity for exposure and winning nice prizes. I didn't think twice to submit my Corona SDK level editor in the first week. My biggest concern was that the marketplace didn't have a category that could fit my component, but the Chupa Mobile team was so helpful. In less than a week they added the Corona category," says Alfred of Karnak Games.
Focused on finding the best Mobile Component, the ChupaMobile jury considered entries based on quality of code, design and overall appeal.
The Competition was powered by Amazon and prizes awarded by sponsors such as Airpush, Photon Cloud, Magic Solver, Nexmo, App Annie, and Bugsense.
