Treasury opens registration for 2025 budget lock-ups
Online registration for the 2025 Budget lock-ups are now open.
Lock-ups provide economists and journalists with an exclusive opportunity to access Budget documents before they are released to the public. The embargo on the documents will be lifted when the Minister starts speaking in Parliament.

Important instructions and lock-up rules for both Pretoria and Cape Town are on the registration link. It is important to familiarise yourself with these rules to ensure seamless participation in the lock-up.
