New Innovative Highlights of Daylight™:
Luminoso Technologies’ renowned Daylight™ text analytics tool now includes features that elevate its sentiment analytics functions and usability, turning the point solution into a complete platform for concept sentiment analysis that requires no training.

Increased Data Input Sources - Daylight™ now includes the ability to pull data directly from websites like Reddit, Amazon, and Walmart. In addition to the traditional way of uploading from a .csv file, this enhancement allows users to supplement their data with external data sources for diverse perspectives. This feature can be set to pull data once or on an automatic schedule to ensure data within a project remains up-to-date.

User-Centric Report Customization - A new dashboard offers the ability to generate customized reports using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. New data visualizations have been added to make understanding every level of your data easier, shortening the time it takes to prepare reports and allowing for a diverse set of data comparisons. This includes comparisons like sentiment over time monitoring and highly accurate concept matching for NPS drivers.

Generative AI Assistant - In addition to the workflow improvements, Luminoso Technologies is taking it a step further by adding a generative AI assistant. This soon-to-be-launched GenAI feature allows users to engage with their data through natural conversation. The Luminoso team has affectionately named their generative AI assistant Helios and aims to launch the beta in Q1.
