“In early February we will start moving staff and our operations across the street and I think what we are looking at is that we will be partially open for civil matters, family law in mid-February and the following week move our criminal operations, planning to be completely open to the public on Feb. 20,” Court Executive Officer Melissa Fowler-Bradley said Thursday.
