SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 25, 2023, at approximately 1645 hours, Troopers assigned to the Williston Barracks observed Christopher Carpentier (35) of Charlotte, VT operating his vehicle on US Route 7 in the Town of Charlotte.
