Reed’s specialized experience consists of valuation and consulting assignments focused in the healthcare
industry, including a variety of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing valuations for facilities on a national basis. Earlier in his career, Reed worked for some of the world’s largest financial and advisory firms. Reed earned a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Real Estate Finance from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Licensed USCG Master Captain (MMC 453336), and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in ten states.
