Public Meeting Notice: Bladensburg Road Multimodal Safety and Access Study

(Washington, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host an open house to share the preferred alternative for Bladensburg Road, NE between Benning Road and Eastern Avenue. DDOT invites residents who live, work, and commute on Bladensburg Road to drop by our open house to review concept plans and provide feedback.

About the study:

DDOT is completing a transportation study of Bladensburg Road, NE between Benning Road and Eastern Avenue. In 2022, the study developed two concept alternatives to improve safety and access for all roadway users. DDOT evaluated both concepts and has selected a preferred alternative based on a variety of performance metrics.
