Crews are working this morning to repair a damaged sewer line on Route 138 at the intersection with Lower College Road. URI Police report that traffic on Route 138 has been restricted to one lane.
If you are traveling through this area on your way to the Kingston Campus, please give yourself extra time or plan to use alternate routes.
