Solbrekk Welcomes New Service Manager Steve Kolar

Kolar comes to Solbrekk from Integra Telecom (formerly Eschelon Telecom) where he served as Senior Director of IP Operations and Engineering. For more than eight years, he managed a team whose primary initiative was to deliver and manage a quality IP network for more than 60,000 businesses across nine states.
As Service Manager for Solbrekk, Kolar plans to streamline procedures and process in order to improve the customer experience. He has found his team of fifteen Solbrekk IT professionals to be capable, committed and unified. "My objective was to join an organization that consisted of a team of highly motivated professionals working together to ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service to their clients," Kolar says. "I think that is a philosophy that is present at Solbrekk."
Kolar hopes that as Service Manager, he can provide added direction and focus for a group that is already highly motivated. "We need to continue to evaluate the current products and communicate with our team...be sure the business continues to meet the changing needs and requirements of our customers," he adds.
Solbrekk is known across the business community for its Cloud Computing hosted desktop services and for its capable installation and management of a number of IT solutions, including Laserfiche digital document management.
