Environmental Quality Commission to hold special meeting Feb. 9-10 for DEQ Director recruitment

Statewide, OR—The Oregon Environmental Quality Commission will meet Thursday and Friday, Feb. 9 and 10, for a special meeting to interview the two finalists for the Department of Environmental Quality’s Director position.

The special meeting will be held by Zoom, with a toll-free telephone option for audio-only connection, and more information about the interviews and EQC process are available on the agenda webpage.

EQC is a five-member panel appointed by the governor of Oregon for four-year terms to serve as the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's policy and rulemaking board.
