A retirement celebration in honor of East Central Judicial District Judge Steven L. Marquart was held Dec. 28 at the Cass County Courthouse.
Judge Steven McCullough speaks at the cermony about life at the district court with Judge Marquart. The two judges joined the court in 2004 and had a joint investiture ceremony.
Judge Marquart’s family attended the ceremony.
