SUMMARY OF CRASH: 

 

On 11/08/22 at approximately 1353 hours, Troopers responded to a report of a minor motor vehicle crash on VT Route 22A in the Town of Shoreham. Investigation revealed Vehicle #1 had a tire malfunction which caused the vehicle to veer into the incoming lane and crash with Vehicle #2. The operator of Vehicle #1 had left the scene after providing information and was ultimately identified as Arlyn Sunderland (49) of Shoreham, VT. 

 

Investigation further revealed Sunderland was operating without an ignition interlock device as required. Sunderland was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
