Vestas receives order for 36 MW under Eolus framework agreement

Vestas has received a 36 MW order from Eolus Vind AB for delivery of 18 units of the V90-2.0 MW wind turbine. This order is the first call-off from the framework agreement of 180 MW with Eolus, which Vestas confirmed to the market on 5 July 2011, ref. company announcement No. 31/2011.

The first 18 turbines are being delivered and installed at seven different projects in the southern parts of Sweden in the localities of Skara, Kristianstad, Munkedal, Ulricehamn and Hallsberg. Commissioning of the wind turbines is expected to start in the second quarter of 2012.
