AFGHANISTAN, September 13 - Isabella Sarmiento is responsible for managing and coordinating all internal and external events hosted by ISW. She developed a passion for event coordination and hospitality while working in a prominent restaurant group in Washington, DC. She holds a bachelor's degree from American University’s School of International Service.  She is originally from Big Sky, Montana, where she spent her young formative years. However, due to her father’s career, she spent her middle and high school years overseas in Venezuela, Kuwait, and Romania. This international upbringing provided her with vast experiences and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
