PENNSYLVANIA, June 15 - An Act amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in land banks, further providing for legislative findings and purpose, for board, for powers and for disposition of property and providing for exemption from realty transfer tax.
