Echo Global Logistics has acquired substantially all of the assets of Advantage Transport, Inc., a truckload (TL) transportation brokerage firm based in Phoenix, Arizona effective July 1, 2011. In addition, Echo has retained the entire Advantage Transport workforce following the acquisition.
This latest acquisition marks the third time overall that Echo Global Logistics has called upon the savvy analysts at Ahern and Associates to locate an acquisition target which met their strategic goals.
