Gazprom to consider opportunity for constructing two gas laterals in Republic of Karelia
The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Andrey Nelidov, Head of the Republic of Karelia.
The meeting participants considered gas supply and gasification development in the Republic. In particular, the parties discussed the progress with the four gas laterals being constructed by Gazprom.
The parties noted that the Company would consider an opportunity for constructing the 160-kilometer Lodeynoye Pole (Leningrad Oblast) – Olonets – Pitkyaranta and 140-kilometer Priozersk (Leningrad Oblast) – Lakhdenpokhya – Sortavala gas laterals.
