Tate & Lyle Food Systems designs and manufactures an extensive range of customised food stabiliser systems and a wide variety of highly functional ingredient blends for the global food industry. It is a key part of Tate & Lyle’s Speciality Food Ingredients business which provides customers with sweeteners, texturants and dietary fibres, as well as innovative food solutions.
