The board of directors of FutureFuel declared the special cash dividend with a record date of December 1, 2010. The dividend is payable December 15, 2010.

Missouri-based FutureFuel was created in 2005 and in October 2006 purchased FutureFuel Chemical Co., the owner and operator of a chemical and biodiesel manufacturing facility located near Batesville, Arkansas.
