Catch up on teen services trends with YALSA’s recent webinars

CHICAGO — School librarians, teen services librarians, young adult librarians and others who work with teens in libraries can now access previously recorded webinars from the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA). While YALSA members will continue to enjoy complimentary access to archived webinars, all others can purchase previously recorded sessions for $19 per webinar at www.ala.org/yalsa/webinars.

YALSA webinars are hour-long sessions led by experts who offer guidance on the latest trends in teen librarianship. Most webinars offer practical strategies that can be adopted quickly by viewers and participants. Webinars are available in four content areas: advocacy; collection development and readers’ advisory; programming; and YA service delivery. All YALSA webinars are embargoed for two months after the original session takes place.
