(OTCBB: NUIN), a producer and supplier of branded traditional Chinese medicine consumer products, said that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the initial rollout of health drink products featuring Nutrastar's core Chinese Golden Grass ingredient.

The agreement was signed with a distributor in Changzhou, located in the Jiangsu province of the PRC. The current projected distribution channel will cover more than 50 supermarkets and convenience stores including Mingdu Mart, Xingte Mart, Tesco and MegaMart located in Changzhou city.

China-based Nutrastar’s products feature its branded Chinese Golden Grass, or Cordyceps Militaris, an herbal nutrient used in TCM.
