Huffman most recently served as CFO at Asante Solutions, Inc., a late stage start-up medical device company developing a drug delivery pump. Prior to Asante, Huffman served as CFO at Guava Technologies, a medical technology company, where he assisted in the collaboration that facilitated its acquisition by Millipore Corp.  

He also served as CFO of EndoSonics Corp., a manufacturer of medical devices.
