(NASDAQ: CFSG), an industrial fire protection product and solution provider in China, has appointed Tongzhou Qin as its chief financial officer, effective July 21.

Qin joined China Fire in March 2010 as deputy general manager of the firm’s Sureland Industrial Fire Safety unit, responsible for finance, internal audit, human resources and administration. Qin has been promoted to CFO in addition to retaining this role.

Prior to joining China Fire, he was senior manager at Ernst & Young Huaming Certified Public Accountants from 2001 to 2010, where he led the audit team and advised clients on internal controls, corporate governance, and other public listing rules.
