July 20, 2010 (FinancialWire) (By Frank Kollar) — Shares of Apple, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) have lost ground since reaching an all-time high of $279.01 on June 21st. Now the company is facing criticism for their handling of issues regarding the widely-reported reception troubles of the iPhone 4. Added to that are concerns over Apple’s quarterly earning results (to be announced today).

Although AAPL’s share price has declined, it is holding above May closing lows. In addition, intra-day selling yesterday stopped at $240 per share, and then closed at $245.58.

A close below $240 per share would likely result in lower lows for this widely followed stock. A close above $262.90 per share (the July intra-day highs) would likely result in a run to the old highs.
