(OTCBB: ADSY), a service provider of digital media and video communications for all cable TV networks, said that it has entered into an agreement with Texscan MSI, a digital video technology company. Under the deal, Ad Systems will integrate Texscan's new digital video streaming technology into its proprietary, patent-pending cable TV ad insertion technology.

With the integration, Ad Systems will introduce its next generation ad-insertion platform with full digital and HD insertion support and begin monetizing its digital cable ad-representation contracts with cable providers throughout North America.

Martin Alcock, chief technology officer for Ad Systems, said, "The addition of the Texscan MSI digital insertion technology to Addige.NET increases our competitive advantage and allows us to simultaneously serve both digital and HD networks for cable TV partners."
