Craig-Hallum Capital Group is serving as the sole book-running manager.

FSI plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate and working capital purposes.

The shares will be issued under a shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and was declared effective on April 12.
