The extension is for exclusive domestic retail distribution of Metabolic’s Stemulite Fitness Formula product. The exclusivity extension covers “brick and mortar” outlets nationally for any retailer with more than nine locations, according to the company.

Metabolic said the deal also provides GNC exclusivity protection as to the addition of new internet merchant retailers.
