Tech News: SARS Continuing To Negotiate For Acquisitions
April 19, 2010 (FinancialWire) — SARS Corp., a Nevada corporation d/b/a FasTech Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SARO), said it plans to commence negotiations for the acquisition of several companies, which SARS has identified as potential acquisition-target companies that would provide complimentary business and strategic market location.
Frank Bonadio, COO of SARS, will lead SARS' effort to acquire complimentary service providers active in the mid-market segment.
Bonadio stated his belief that "this is the right time for SARS to seek consolidation with additional mid-sized companies via the merger-and-acquisitions route."
Bonadio added that the ideal candidates for acquisition are companies that average between $5 million and $20 million in annual revenues; have been in business for at least 10 years; have original founders still on the management team; and which can add additional services, technologies and geographic coverage to SARS's existing product and services framework.
SARS is a control systems contracting and services company, providing design and sales, installation services, and monitoring software to building owners and operators.
