Ritchie spent 25 years at DuPont (NYSE: DD) in a progression of research, technology, material science and business development roles. He managed departments and platforms focused on materials science, polymer science, analytical, and engineering operations.

Most recently, Ritchie served as CTO and VP of research and development at Johns Manville, where he managed the development and execution of the company’ s global technology strategy.
