According to MicroStrategy, the two companies offer complementary technologies that provide enterprise customers with a high-performance BI and analytic database solution.

MicroStrategy added that the Infobright Enterprise Edition database has passed its test suite, qualifying it as a supported database for the MicroStrategy platform.

Infobright's database is used for online analytic applications and data marts.
