March 17, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) said it plans to offer 3.4 million common units representing limited partner interests in Global Partners LP.

Global Partners plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 510,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.

The firm plans to use the net proceeds from this offering to reduce indebtedness outstanding under its credit agreement.
