March 5, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTRP), a travel service provider in China, said it has priced a follow-on public offering of 5.7 million American depositary shares, or ADSs, each representing 0.25 of ordinary share of the company, at $36 per ADS on March 3.

The company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to 855,000 additional ADSs.

Ctrip plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for strategic acquisitions of, and investments in, complementary businesses and assets, and for other general corporate purposes.
