March 5, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Iron Mountain Inc., (NYSE: IRM), an information management services firm, has named Alfred J. Verrecchia, chairman of the board of Hasbro Inc. (NYSE: HAS), to its board of directors.

Verrecchia became TODAY Iron Mountain’s 11th director at the company’s regular March meeting.

He is chairman of the board at Hasbro, a position he has held since 2008. He has spent his entire career at Hasbro, beginning as a staff accountant and making his way to chief executive officer, a position he held from 2003-2008. Prior to his role as CEO, Verrecchia spent years in leadership roles including chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Verrecchia is also an independent director at FGX International Holdings. In previous years, he sat on the CVS Caremark board for three years, where he was a member of the audit committee.
