Wang is currently the president of Chun Shin Ltd, the sole agent of Michelin in Taiwan. After his promotion to president of Chun Shin Ltd. in 2000, Wang diversified the business and obtained the distributorship of Test of English for International Communication, an assessment developed by Educational Testing Services in Taiwan in August 2001.

Wang was in charge of the international business division of Zurich Insurance from 1982 to 1993.
