February 25, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Mocon, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: MOCO) board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine and one-half cents per share, payable on May 21, 2010, to shareholders of record on May 7, 2010. The move represents a six percent increase over the stock’s previous quarterly dividend rate of nine cents per share.
The company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 87th consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, Mocon had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
