Seeker Steps Down As CEO Of ZBB Energy
February 8, 2010 (FinancialWire) — ZBB Energy Corp. (AMEX: ZBB) said that its chief executive officer Steven A. Seeker, is retiring. In connection with his retirement, the company has entered into agreement with Seeker that employment with the company will end effective June 30, 2010 and that prior to such retirement he will be on a paid leave of absence from the company.
Seeker joined ZBB in 2006 as chief operating officer. Prior to that, he was vice president, International Sales and Operations, of Cooper Power Systems.
ZBB also said that, Scott Scampini, ZBB’s executive vice president and chief financial officer was appointed to the additional position of executive vice president Operations.
Kevin Dennis was promoted to the position of vice president Systems Engineering expanding his current role as vice president of Sales and Marketing.
