February 4, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Green Bridge Industries, Inc. (OTC: GRBG) said it has acquired Organic Product Solutions, Inc. for $100,000 in cash or stock.

Organic Product Solutions has developed a product line of industrial and household cleaning products under the name Natures Solution. The company is currently manufacturing products for wowgreen International, LLC, with whom Green Bridge Industries has signed an exclusive non-enzyme, based products manufacturing and license agreement.

Green Bridge said that a letter of intent for wowgreen International to acquire majority ownership of Green Bridge Industries has expired. However, Green Bridge said it plans to continue to honor a license agreement between the company and wowgreen International.

Green Bridge Industries offers environmentally friendly cleaning products to fit the sanitation needs of the medical, agricultural, military, and retail markets.
