January 21, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc.’s (NYSE: OHI) board of directors has declared a common stock dividend of $0.32 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.02 per share over the prior quarter, and declared its regular quarterly dividend for the company’s Series D preferred stock.
The common stock dividend of $0.32 per share will be paid February 16, 2010 to common stockholders of record on January 29, 2010. As of January 20, the company had around 88.4 million outstanding common shares.
