Frustrated British men in their thousands are complaining that their wives prefer bingo to sex - and as a result they're missing out!

The study by www.Onlinebingoclub.co.uk reveals the growing phenomenon of the "bingo widower" in households up and down the UK.

It seems men around the country are missing out on valuable 'quality time' with their loved ones due to their partner's online bingo addiction as increasing numbers of women choose to get their eyes down for a full house rather than get down to business with their partner.

More than 70% of the men surveyed admitted that due to their partner's love of online bingo their sex lives had taken a turn for the worse, with their loved one happier playing with her dobber than satisfying their desires.

As many women prefer to settle down to an evening's bingo than a night of passion with their husbands or boyfriends some are logging on after work and often continue playing until the early hours of the morning.

Blaming technology for a lack of attention from a loved one isn't anything new but historically it has been men who have been accused of losing their libido in favour of their laptop.

TV can also cause problems with thousands of women becoming 'football widows' each weekend, with their partners watching the beautiful game rather than spending time with their significant other.

Now long suffering women are turning the tables, sacrificing intimate time with their partners to spend more time gambling online. With the trend set to continue the number of 'bingo widowers' is predicted to rise.

The survey carried out on behalf of OnlineBingoClub.co.uk may raise a smile but could have serious relationship implications.

One man, who asked not to be named, said: "I don't know what happened, we used to be so close, now she spends all her time online while I wait for her to come to bed.

"Everyone needs some time on their own but not every night, I barley get to see her anymore."

Let's hope that "HOUSE" isn't the only thing being shouted out in British homes in future.
