The company’s current chief executive officer, Ran Eisenberg, will continue in his role until that date. Eisenberg will continue to serve as the chairman of the company’s board of directors.

Barak spent nine years with Scitex Following a period at C Mer Industries. Later, following Scitex’s acquisition, he served at Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ). Since 2008, Barak has served as the general manager of HP – Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
