The $75 million acquisition increases Pacific Office’s total portfolio under management to 4.7 million leasable square feet.

Consistent with its co-investment strategy, Pacific Office will co-own Seaview Corporate Center in partnership with an institutional investor, Angelo, Gordon & Co., a privately held investment manager with assets under management of approximately $19 billion.

Los Angeles-based Pacific Office Properties Trust acquires, owns, and operates office properties in the western U.S., focusing initially on the markets of Honolulu, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Phoenix.
