(NYSE: VSI), announced its intention to redeem (the “Redemption) $20 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding Second Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate notes due 2012 (the “Notes), as permitted by the terms of the indenture governing the Notes.

The company intends to consummate the redemption on January 20, 2010 (the “Redemption Date).

The company will redeem notes held by noteholders on a pro rata basis. Under the terms of the Redemption, holders of the notes will receive $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date.
