December 18, 2009 (FinancialWire) — American DG Energy Inc. (AMEX: ADGE) said it has entered into a revolving line of credit agreement with John N. Hatsopoulos, the company’s chief executive officer.

Under the terms of the agreement, during the period extending to December 31, 2012, Hatsopoulos will lend to the company on a revolving line of credit basis a principal amount up to Five million U.S. Dollars in the aggregate. The sums advanced will bear interest at the Bank Prime Rate as quoted from time to time in the Wall Street Journal plus one and one half percent per year. American DG Energy supplies energy to its customers through distributed power generating systems.
