Gagliardi Named To Herley Board

December 7, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Herley Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: HRLY) has appointed Gerald A. Gagliardi to its board of directors. He will also serve as chairman of the audit committee, replacing Admiral Robert Moore who passed away in October. The company’s Board now has six members, five of whom are non-employee directors.

Gagliardi worked for 28 years at Burroughs /Unisys, where he served in positions including president Global Customer Services and Corporate executive vice president. He later served as CEO and president at Inacom, and then as Corporate vice president of NCR (NYSE: NCR) and president of Global Customer Service with responsibility for NCR’s service business.
